Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Expekia (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile applications (the “Apps”) and this website (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Information you send us when you contact support, such as your email address and the contents of your message.
- Account information (for example, a name or email address) if an App offers optional sign‑in.
- Content you create or enter in an App. Where possible, this is stored only on your device or in your personal iCloud account.
Information collected automatically
- Anonymous diagnostic and crash data, such as device model, OS version and app version, to help us fix bugs.
- Aggregated, non‑identifying usage statistics to understand which features are used.
Purchases
All payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Apps.
- To respond to support requests and communicate with you.
- To diagnose technical problems and keep the Services secure.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third‑party advertising.
3. Sharing of information
We only share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the Services (for example, hosting, analytics or crash reporting), and only as needed for them to perform those services on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.
4. Third‑party services
Some Apps may use third‑party services such as Apple's App Store, iCloud, or analytics and crash‑reporting tools. These services have their own privacy policies, which govern their use of your information.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Support emails are deleted when no longer needed to help you.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected]. You can also disable analytics or tracking through your device settings where applicable.
7. Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. International users
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure your information remains protected in line with this policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
